1. When will my order be processed and shipped?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once processed your order will be shipped in the manor you selected during check out.

3. What could cause a delay in my order?
Occasionally item(s) may be out of stock and if this occurs on an order we will ship the available items on the order. A refund will be issued on the unshipped item(s).
If an item is backordered you will be notified via the e-mail address you provided with the expected ship date.
For your protection, we may require proof of identity in the event of the following: - Different billing and shipping address entered - Past history of fraud of chargeback has been assigned - Unable to verify billing address information (i.e. Non-US Credit Cards)

7. What is your return policy?
Damaged or defective items may be exchanged or returned for full refund within 10 days of delivery.
Returns on unused product within 30 days of delivery will be refunded.
Returns received after 30 days or of used items will not be refunded or returned.

9. How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason you may call customer service. In the case that your order has already been processed and shipped you may return the unopened, unused product for a refund.
